I'll be so torn if the red isn't actually metallic, because that Blue Steele looks pretty good too.

PRR is the code used for High Octane Red.
Isn't that a Pearl? Hmm, I might be able to go for that, nice change of pace. Sometimes a metallic is hard to see when the light isn't good. Especially the cheap metallic that most of these guys use with so few flakes per inch or whatever they call it.

Octane red mutes very much without the sun. But it pops real good when lit. Pair of polarizing sunglasses double the effect

As Stellantis won't offer 20 colors in one production line:

Hot Tamale = Alfa Rosso (Red) = solid, as on Giulia/Stelvio and every other Alfa of the last decades
Q Ball = Alfa White = solid, as on Giulia/Stelvio
Blu Bayou = Misano Blue = metallic, as on Giulia/Stelvio
Gray Cray = Vesuvio Gray, metallic, as on Giulia/Stelvio
Blue Steele = Dodge exclusive until now, as on live presentation
8 Ball = Alfa Black, solid
Acapulco Gold = most likely Ocre GT, as on Giulia/Stelvio. Expect it to appear on Tonale as well.

Green might come for Hornet as well = Verde (Green) Montreal = metallic, as on Giulia/Stelvio

Acapulco gold? Where’s purple haze? Ganja green? Kandy skunk and lemon kush?
Part of me thinks they're trying to tie some 300 magic to the Hornet with these paint names, typing it to some...... questionable individuals.
Like Q Ball? I might be the only one to think this, but Miami in the 80's called, and they want their product back!

So the question for me is, give up metallic and go red, or give up red and go blue metallic (I can't imagine a name like Blue "Steele" not being a metallic but we'll see). My last 4 cars have been red though, and I had good luck with all of them....

So far, all we have seen are the higher trim levels. We haven't seen the truly base model yet.
Maybe there are only 3 models?

Dodge could really do without the base base models. They end up in rental fleets and diminish the brand.

The “truly base” model is the 30k ice option. I don’t see why you’d want Dodge to offer a lower product of this. With a now better ATP, and higher brand perception I don’t think dodge wants to be seen as the “Discount brand”. That hasn’t been true since the Caliber.

Correct, the discount vehicle now is the FWD Renegade.
