". The same message is has not changed and we are 5 days after the first response. To take care of the customer Chrysler approved us to remove a part from a new car on the lot so the customer is taken care of. In the days past we were able to call and speak to someone who if the case was deemed important enough they could send you up the line to get an answer. It would be nice if this option could be brought back. I have contacted the Mopar Masters Guild to take this issue up. Please help me start a campaign to get this improved for the benefit of our mutual customers. Tell every rep you see.
