The radiator fan in my 98 GC (3.8L) will not turn off even with the key out of the igniton. After 5 minutes of it sitting in my garage and the fan running, I disconnected the neg teminal of the battery to silence it. A short run to the grocery store is all the use it saw today.
I may let the motor sit for awhile and see if the fan doesn't come on after immediately reconnecting the battery.
I guess a visit to the Dodge dealership is in order. 2015 Seems to not be good for this van and I am seeing failures. Thankfully, it was when I returned home that it acted up.
