Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) is partnering with eVTOL developer Archer to provide composite materials and engineering support for the four-passenger aircraft due to be unveiled this year. The U.S.-based carmaker, which has not disclosed whether it is making a direct investment in Archer, is following the lead of Asian rivals Hyundai and Toyota, which have both made big financial commitments to the advanced air mobility sector.

Interesting....of particular note: [and I know it works both ways] but ever notice how quickly other corporations tend to move so quickly to thwart any blockbuster move that Chrysler seems to be a part of...lol? They should know better than to p-o MOTHER MOPAR馃槃

One can only hope this doesn't bleed MORE money from Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, & Ram, that should be used for r&d and product development. (All these are getting a little long in the tooth)

What do you think about the latest news:

Waymo and Stellantis are partners
Waymo CEO John Krafcik says he will strengthen the partnership with Stellantis.
The existing collaboration between Fiat and Waymo dealing with self-driving tech will carry on and find its way into PSA cars as well.
