More likely the ad agency just thought "Challenger", went out and found one, and that was what they came across first.

But there's already been some speculation that the next Challenger could have an "evolutionary" front fascia reminiscent of the later E-body models.
LOL yea but its not THAT hard to find a 1970 Challenger when they have them at the Museums. but then they showed the Kid putting a Later 70's Challenger Poster over his Jessica Alba Poster. Thats a good Hint.

Well given that its on the theatre Im assuming its the time of the fake movie, or the release date of an awesome new chry. co. car, how funny would that be.
I think its a Clue... since the Setting of the Ad is in the Early 70's they would had put Star Wars up there since that was the Hottest Movie back then.

I might be lookin to much into this Movie Title but is it in Dodge History, They always used historic fighter Planes as Names for their Cars? Coronet, Charger, Avenger, Challenger. "Baron" is a Name of many Fighter Planes though the most Famous German () plan was actually a Movie Plane called the "Red Baron"
