No just the person putting it on but every quality assurance inspector.
Thats just unacceptable.View attachment 84993
saw this at my dealership today, there were 2 white ones both had this same misalignment and a bit of condensation in the tail light on the driver side
What's wrong with Warren? These are built in Warren right? If so that explains so much…..
Everything, you should see the amount of people from that factory that are high or drunk before their shiftWhat's wrong with Warren?
Was this the plant that was on the news showing people smoking weed?Everything, you should see the amount of people from that factory that are high or drunk before their shift
So, do you have first hand knowledge of this? Or is this a friend of a friend of a friend kind of knowledge?Everything, you should see the amount of people from that factory that are high or drunk before their shift
Other than being stuck behind people going into the workers parking lot reaking if weed and the overall swerving going in and out there in the morning it’s pretty common knowledge that almost all plant around the Detroit area are like that for all manufactures. The bronco plant has the same problem, it’s just not a “kosher” thing to talk about so it’s never brought upSo, do you have first hand knowledge of this? Or is this a friend of a friend of a friend kind of knowledge?
After the person mentioned it I recalled seeing it in the news. I didn't know what plant it was happening at but cameramen caught them out in the parking lot.So in others words, not firsthand knowledge. Just a blanket coat of everyone is either stoned or drunk.
It’s always been going on and never stopped. Most people are just smart about not doing it out in site. Every single factory around the Detroit area no matter the company has people doing that. No one brings it up because people aren’t caught on camera. If they’re not caught on camera they’re not gonna fire you, they’ll give a warning at most and keep you on, even more so now that there’s a worker shortageBut wasn't that a few years ago? And people were fired, right? So he's saying this is still going on?
Yes it's been a couple years. I don't think they were fired. I imagine most people do a lot of things they shouldn't do on break. What's dumb is to do it out in public. But wasn't that a few years ago? And people were fired, right? So he's saying this is still going on?
I replaced a tail light on my Caliber because of water. one of the headlights on my parent's Caravan was replaced because of water, and my 2019 Cherokee has had the tail lights replaced twice for water in them...not a new issue sadly.View attachment 84993

They were fired and the union issued a statement saying "yes, they were fired."Yes it's been a couple years. I don't think they were fired. I imagine most people do a lot of things they shouldn't do on break. What's dumb is to do it out in public.
Now that's quality...While helping a family member drop off a vehicle for service at our local CDJR dealership yesterday, I saw a new Jeep Grand Wagoneer Series 1 4x4 in front (MSRP: $91,xxx USD).
The right rear tail lamp assembly and trim was misaligned. Although there was cold and rainy weather recently, no condensation in the rear lamps.
