This company is doomed
There was a particularly bad movie from the 1980's called Hysterical, and there was a guy who rode around on a bicycle telling everyone that they were "doomed". So, naturally, that's what I thought of when you posted that.

As a kid, I thought it was hilarious. If I saw it now, I wonder. lol.

Alright folks, attacking other member’s choice of vehicle is against forum rules and won’t be tolerated. We’ve deleted a couple of posts already, warnings will follow if it continues.

Wow, I just reread the Dodge site and the press releases. Mid 2026 for the 4 doors to be fully released??? What in the world? These could be the worst release of a CDJR product ever:

Daytona first shown in 2023 as a 2024MY release.

Sixpack versions shown in summer 2024 as a 2025MY.

Early 2025 for the first 2024 Chargers to actually hit dealers.

Daytona R/T cancelled by Q2 2025

Daytona Scat Pack for 2026MY relegated to special order status shortly after.

Daytona 4 door "allegedly" in production now? Maybe?

Sixpack Scat Pack 2-door orders open now. So delivery in 2mo or so?

Sixpack R/T 2-door "early 2026"

Sixpack 4-door "mid 2026".

THREE YEARS!?!?! For vehicles they have been building out already. Seriously STLA, there are way faster and less costly ways to intentionally sabotage a vehicle.

I originally misread it as basically available now/soon. But, wow. Just wow.
The original statement for Recon IIRC was to be revealed at the end of 2023 with availability in early 2024. The original news article was from Sept 2022. It’s still not here, and god only knows when it will be.

This seems to be their MO at this point.
