changed out the tcm for one from 2000 grand caravan. now i just need to add more tranny fluid. mine is a bit low, can't see it on the dipstick. i had the bolts on the solenoid pack loose and the coolant lines were crap. all that is fixed now and everything works until i go uphill, then it will pop into neutral. i also need struts up front every time i hit a bump they bottom out. but one thing at a time. by the way the splice for the tcm solenoid pack is on the wheel well on the passenger side.

bought fluid, filled the tranny still pops into neutral. everything shifted fine for a bit then popped into neutral again. shut the engine off put it in neutral, started it again popped it into drive, and took off. gas milage sucks though.

I don't see how you are using a 2000 transmission computer in a 1995 van. The electronics, including the gear indicator is completely different between those years.
