I just bought a nice 99 Chrysler Cirrus with low miles (68K). All is good except for those noises coming from front end mostly when cold, turning at slow speeds, going over speed bumps. Also sounds like old, hard rubber parts. So based on that, do all front end parts need replacing? Just struts, just control arm bushings, ball joints, entire assemblies...?

Hoping one of you have had same symptoms, and can tell me best course of action. Thanks, Jim

Maybe lower ball joints and/or sway bar link/bushing noises?
The Chapman struts don't turn with the front wheels (MacPherson struts would).
Diagnose first.

The suspension cradle has bolts and isolators. Used to keep a full set on the shelf back in those days.
