Hello, Just joined site, since I will be getting a 1954 plymouth delivery sedan and would like to get info and meet other that have them as well. Welcome to Allpar, man. I'm guessing that it currently has the flat head six and three on the tree? I've never done a conversion, but I'm sure you'll find a lot of help here depending on which drive train you plan on using.

No drivetrain in it currently..came with a 2wd Dakota rolling chassis, and a 360....So trying to find info on frame swap to see if anyone on here done this...any info will help with trial and error!
