i am the new owner of a 95 plymouth acclaim with 60K miles on it and joined this to see if i can find solutions to problems with it. hi all, tom

Welcome to Allpar, Tom. Just browse the topics and you'll discover there are quite a few members with the Acclaims and Spirits. I've owned both and loved them. Both of mine were the 2.5 engine, automatics. I'm still kicking myself for selling the last one. Lots of help here for what ever problems you may be having.
