I have to say, I'm enjoying your state's weather much better than my home state of Massachusetts.
Yeah, our winter's are much milder than the NE though we can get a fair amount of snow on occasion. I think the coldest it's gotten in the past 5 years is about 13*F where I live. It can get colder in the mountains.
Farmer's Almanac is forecasting a colder, whiter winter than normal - we shall see.
