changing the Drivers door out on the 2002 intrepid.

cannot figure out how to get the main wire harness for the door disconnected from the body. I've tried to disconnect it from the outside but have had no luck.

Someone said to remove the kick panel to get to it but the emergency brake and other stuff is in the way.

I can't imagine you have to take half the dash apart to take the door off.

thanks for the help

Try going inside the door and disconnecting the connections there. There should be a plug either side, it may actually be in the door, then just pop the rubber safety boot off and pull it through the door, much easier than trying to find the connectors elsewhere.
