The National brand part number for your seal should be 5124.

Here are the dimensions:

O'Reilly Auto carries these seals, and I am sure other part stores can cross the National number to their brand. There are also NOS seals on eBay

Ooops, didn't realize you are in Canada. You may want to try a parts store still. Isn't there a big chain called Canadian Tire there? I don't know if they sell repair parts, but National and Timken are available worldwide, so you might want to give it a shot. Otherwise, glad to help.
