Not necessary to remove the dash. I find instructions to remove the top dash pad, and that it's under that. So it's above the radio and heater controls.

I believe the module was in different places depending on the year, as my 1989 LeBaron's module was not in the same place as my friend's 1990 LeBaron.

The headlight relay module in a 1990 Daytona is a black box, maybe the size of a cigarette pack, clipped on/near the steering column below the dash.

thanks for that I will look, I kind of remember seeing what now looks to me to be the module by the steering column, I cannot remember if I took it out, but now that I see what it looks like I'll pull it and open it up. Hope this works

that's where I found it, thanks, I removed it and plugged it back in and now they work-YEA! I didn't put it back in the clip that holds it to the bracket, instead I gaffer taped it so that I can remove it easily without removing the lower panel. In the event I have to cut it open, I can easily get to it now. Thanks for the accurate information.

They hit 70K in sales in 1989, not too shabby. But styling changes, bad 4-speed auto from 1990 on, killed it. 400,000 units made in 10 years.
They were priced lower than the others. And the 1984 Turbo Z, in a game of specsmanship, beat the 350 Camaro in 0-50 times.
