Not necessary to remove the dash. I find instructions to remove the top dash pad, and that it's under that. So it's above the radio and heater controls.

that's where I found it, thanks, I removed it and plugged it back in and now they work-YEA! I didn't put it back in the clip that holds it to the bracket, instead I gaffer taped it so that I can remove it easily without removing the lower panel. In the event I have to cut it open, I can easily get to it now. Thanks for the accurate information.The headlight relay module in a 1990 Daytona is a black box, maybe the size of a cigarette pack, clipped on/near the steering column below the dash.
They hit 70K in sales in 1989, not too shabby. But styling changes, bad 4-speed auto from 1990 on, killed it. 400,000 units made in 10 years.They were never big sellers. why?T to me they were better then the mustanf and camaro. How were they price compared to the others?
