Good morning all. I am trying to help a friend locate a cylinder head for a 1957 Fury 318. Casting # 1618721-7. As I understand it, the 7 denotes driver side. After lengthy searches, I am turning to yall for help. If anybody knows where we can find one, please advise. Also, if there are any that are interchangeable with this model, that would be fine also.

As far as I know, cylinder heads are identical side to side on all Chrysler engines of this era, and that -7 doesn't mean driver's side.
