So I came across what are essentially Jeep funded, internet damage control trolls, I mean, Jeep Social Care Specialists. (lol?)

Jeep Social Care Specialists (JeepCares) Are Here to Assist JL Wrangler Owners (at https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/jeep-social-care-specialists-jeepcares-are-here-to-assist-jl-wrangler-owners/ )

Now here's the best part, I came across this thread where the original poster is complaining about his terrible Jeep transmission and dealer repair experience, and the "Jeep Social Care Specialits" eventually chime in, offer to "assist" as a third party with his dealer and get the issue resolved. Essentially making a public spectacle of how they care so damn much.

So, after this...a second person chimes in with the same issue, and another "specialist" quotes them and offers their super-solid social specialist support. Long story short, person after person starts to complain of the same things, and the Jeep Social Specialists vanish from the conversation completely.....I CALL B.S. ON JEEPS SOCIAL CARE SPECIALISTS!

See for yourselves:

Hi Ziusudra,
We would like to take a moment to clarify what our team does. As the social engagement team, we work directly with engineering and brand teams to report developing vehicle concerns in order to pursue further research. While our team collects this information, we connect you with a case specialist who is responsible for working alongside you and your dealer to aid in identifying a resolution. Unfortunately, although we attempt to, we are not able to get to every post in order to respond. We encourage customers to either tag us or send us a private message as that is the best way to bring something to our attention.

I’ll have to say when I had an issue and tagged @OfficialMopar, it didn’t help. I got no response and had to argue with the dealer and corporate myself.

Well Alex, I understand you have a job to do. I'm mostly humoring myself and others, but in reality there's nothing funny about the quality of the transmissions in how many wranglers exactly? The lack and total avoidance of any recalls on these "TRAIL RATED" transmissions (More B.S.) or the all to common dealer service repair schemes to avoid responsibility speak for itself.

I'm dealing with one now on behalf of a friend, and the dealer has been nothing but dishonest with me.

In regards to all of those crappy wrangler transmissions out there, here is what I see in my OPINION: Dodge’s primary response nationwide over has ultimately been to quietly install transmission oil coolers for those who are unknowingly affected while simultaneously refusing to acknowledge the real issue for jeep owners with this pre-existing condition, even though they are aware of it. This is just one of many different examples of unscrupulous behavior on the part of auto-manufacturers, dealers, technicians and apparently social specialists to avoid lawsuits, loss of sales and of course recalls. See Takata Air Bags for example for the largest automotive recall in U.S. history which is still going on today.

I was told first hand by the Service Manager at our local dodge that multiple postal workers who drive these wranglers, stop and go, day in and out are replacing transmissions at around 60,000 miles. And this was the day after he attempted to convince me these transmissions are "bullet proof" until I very bluntly stated my difference of opinion, research and experience. Needless to say he entirely changed his story...

I have a hard time believing a 60K mile transmission was included in the sales pitch.
