Hi Ziusudra,So I came across what are essentially Jeep funded, internet damage control trolls, I mean, Jeep Social Care Specialists. (lol?)

Now here's the best part, I came across this thread where the original poster is complaining about his terrible Jeep transmission and dealer repair experience, and the "Jeep Social Care Specialits" eventually chime in, offer to "assist" as a third party with his dealer and get the issue resolved. Essentially making a public spectacle of how they care so damn much.
So, after this...a second person chimes in with the same issue, and another "specialist" quotes them and offers their super-solid social specialist support. Long story short, person after person starts to complain of the same things, and the Jeep Social Specialists vanish from the conversation completely.....I CALL B.S. ON JEEPS SOCIAL CARE SPECIALISTS!
