Is there any specified lubricant for the wiper bushings on the K-cars and their offspring? No where in the lubrication and maintenance or in the service section is there any mention of lubricant. I replaced mine, they were completely shot and now when running it sounds like someone is twisting mouse tails.

No lubricant is recommended. Some lubricants can attack the plastic.
One of my cars does this after replacement, I just live with it. As time goes by it does get less noisy.

I thought I remembered that, last time I bought a set it was from a dealer, the nearest Chrysler dealer to me is Pocomoke City MD, so I ordered them in Dorman from Rock Auto and they came dry. I actually had bought the links with bushings from Pomoco in Hampton VA, but they are no longer available from Chrysler.

In the older service manuals, Mopar Lubriplate was the recommended grease. It was similar to white lithium:

Yep, Chrysler ones come greased, Dorman are dry.
