In the late 60;s mopar in B and C bodys went from the old standard switches on the dash to new thumb wheel switches. They then dropped them a few years later.
Question: why did the stoped? Were they a problem?

Probably expensive. Not enough volume and all different parts.

Could it had something to do with more women driving? Long fingernails drives design of anything you put your fingers on.
