the canadian ones will be a touring 200, the sxt avenger (unless you find a used fleet car with the power seat on a base model on one of those) and a limited dart which would have leather.
other than the tilt aspect, all of those would have height adjust on even the most base models on the manual seats. it becomes very expensive if that's the only option you really need, so if you can make due with manual, you'll save a lot.
by the time you get those cars with a power seat (unless it is fleet), you are in the same price range as a journey sxt with power seat...
