I think the idea has great potential.
It can be argued that Mexico has the best demographic profile of any advanced developing nation.
Not only that, but since the trade relationship between 'Murica and Mexico has warmed up considerably in recent years, now is a great time to invest and deepen the company's commitment to Mexico.

There are some products that make sense to build South of the border. They can be exported without penalty to other countries. Not currently done that I see. It is surprising how much better that Mopar products have done quality wise compared to similar competitors building in the same regions.
