I have many questions. First is wheel drum/hub compatibility between years of about 63 to 66. Also are there any suggestions for retrofit hubs for my 66 valiant?

The '63 through '66 Valiants were essentially the same vehicle mechanically, so the wheel and brake parts should fit across those model years. However, Mopar used 2 different brake suppliers (I think Kelsey Hayes and Budd Co.) during those years, so determine which ones yours are, and be specific when buying those new (or used) parts.

I consider this one of the best sources for brake upgrades (using factory style parts):
Mopar Action On-line - Tech Archives
That is assuming you want better brakes, not just stock replacement parts.

Aside from the Slant Six cars with drums running 9 inchers and, V8 cars running 10" diameter drum brakes, I'm pretty sure that at least 1962-72 A bodies interchanged up and down. All 1966-72 disc brake cars ran 10" rear drums, Six or V8.
