Some times I just am in awe of this little car! It 50 yrs old and still take a 350 mile round trip through CA I-5 grapevine with out hitch! Climbed the hill at 70-75 mph and still averaged 20 mpg for the whole trip, not bad! I did not even use oil!

Love this Valiant!

The older 'narrow body' Valiants seem to be best overall between being rather light weight and the early 1960's Mopars actully had the rep of being well made vehicles. :)

I have to agree that she is built tough! I had a 70' Duster and it did not seem as tough(not bad in any way) as my 63 and 64 Valiant's. Had some issues with the doors and strikers on that thing.
