Jason Hathaway ended a winless streak that stretched back to September 2008 as he crossed the finish line .342 seconds ahead of D.J. Kennington to take the checkered flag in Saturday's Wilson Equipment 300 Supporting Red Cross Disaster Relief at Riverside International Speedway in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. Hathaway's second career win in NASCAR Canadian Tire Series competition was also a special gift for Ed Hakonson, owner of the No. 3 Snap-On Tools/Rockstar Energy Drink Dodge, who celebrated his 64th birthday at the race. The last of seven lead changes came on Lap 295 of the 300-lap race, when Hathaway passed pole-winner and current points leader Scott Steckley. Steckley had to settle for third, but it was his fourth consecutive top-five finish so he kept a narrow four-point lead over defending Canadian Tire Series champion Kennington. Mark Dilley in the No. 2 Johnsonville/Leland/BDI Ford, was the top non-Dodge finisher, coming..
