Welcome to Allpar. Because of 'hard part' wear and the need for special tools, you would probably be better off installing a reman unit and then setting the toe-in instead of a seal kit that may not fix the leak.
Flush all the old fluid and fill with ATF+4.
I see a Cardone A-1 reman with a core return at Rock Auto for $125 + shipping. A lot less labor and mess.
