Decided to join after reading the blogs for a couple of years. I am decidedly a car guy. I own a black 2011 Shelby GT500 (daily driver) & a highly modified (mechanicals only) red 2001 Pontiac WS6 Trans Am, my "sleeper" until you actually hear the car
While I admire European cars, I love American muscle. Really into the older Cuda's & have been following the progress (agonizingly slow) of the upcoming (I hope) Cuda. Before I purchased my Shelby, I shopped the Challenger. I was put off by the sheer mass of the car & its weight. Also was turned off by the similar interior to the 300. The Camaro in its present form doesn't do anything for me & it too is overweight.
Chrysler really needs to take the weight out of these cars & downsize them. Hoping like heck the Cuda is done right. I am most definitely not a fan of bringing the Charger back as a sedan.
