The only way I can get compressor to com on is to push the ac relay up manually. Could the power control module be the problem, I have tried 3 from junk yard and the car runs for about 4 sec then shuts off. Also the original has oil on the top plug that appears to be leaking from module. Any ideas

I would suggest having the AC system checked by licensed AC automotive technician. My guess it is probably low on freon which is why the compressor won't activate (fail safe). Oil leaking strongly suggests the freon has leaked out. I know AC work is expensive, but unless you are properly trained and have the appropriate gauges/tools it can be hazardous.

The oil is from power control module and the r134a level is correct
What year of PT?

There are some reports that the oil pressure sending unit can leak oil up the wiring back to the PCM.

Check the oil pressure sending unit.

It is a 2001 I also got several mod from junk yard but the car will start and run for about 4 sec and then stop
