One additional thought - you might want to check to see if it has Nivomat shocks (rear). They ride great, but can be expensive to replace -dealer price is $400+ (per shock), but they can be found in the aftermarket for about ~$250. Nivomats are about 2-3x thicker than the normal shock. Though I doubt an LX trim level has these. Our '00 T&C Ltd AWD was the highest trim level that year and did have them. And yes, I had to replace them. Took me a few months to find them at anyplace except a dealer for a good price. Ended up paying $450 for a pair and another $65 to have them installed.
