1997 chrysler sebring conv with 2.5 ltr. The locks wont go up or down. Its strange because the motor or whatever makes the sound like they do when they go up and down. When you leave and get up to 20mph the sound goes off like theyre locking but nothing then either. its like both locks arent hooked up to whatever is supposed to raise and lower them. Like i said though, the sound goes off just like its supposed to when locks do work. But these dont. Weird. Anyone know anything?? THANK YOU MUCH FOR ANY HELP!!

ok,ok, i gotcha. So the way to fix is to take the door panels off? Once theyre both removed i can replace the part with a used part from a you pull it yard? Maybe replacing the door latch behind the door panels. And not just on the drivers side, both passenger door and driver door? The key works just fine, i can manually raise and lower just fine, just wont go up or down with the power button. Its a two door car. Which im sure ya'll realized that. Man i hate to take the door panels off these doors. Seems they never want to go back on right.
