Just starting out Neon circle track racing. Having driven street rear wheel pickups & semis for almost 30 years, I'm struggling to handle front wheel racing loose feel. Therefore losing out on comparative speed. Rear springs cut to lower, some front camber added, tires 195/60/R14, stock 5-slot rims, RR brake disabled. Rightside backspace coming soon. Any suggestions to improve or how to steer?

Welcome to Allpar. Is yours a 1st generation (1995-1999) Neon? There are some good books with tips and tricks for circle track and performance mods. The ACR Neons were very competitive on the track. Performance parts may be getting harder to find for a 20 year-old car, but the prices when available, have also come down a lot.
Plymouth and Dodge Neon ACR information (at https://www.allpar.com/neon/neonacr.html ) :

Thanks! Yes 1st gen, 1998. May be ACR, but not positive. I'm 3rd owner at least but first to turn into oval track car. Has struts & disk brake all 4 corners. Trunk deck w/o spoiler & I'm not positive the front bumper is original. 2.0 DOHC
