Welcome to Allpar. This may be problematic. If you can find a way to adapt a LIN (local interconnect network) bus to feed the radio's single wire CAN (controller area network) steering wheel control input, it could work.
The steering column contains a SCCM (steering column control module) on newer cars to convert the LIN to CAN.
