Dodge no longer stocks the spacer needed for this job.NO SURPRISE
We (CudaPete and I) had to drill the cap off a standard bushing to make one
then replace the other three.
Second time we had to do this once each car.

It's not hard. I did this. I just bought two packages of assorted Dorman bushings to get the four that fit, and carefully cut the top off one with a Dremel tool and ceramic cutoff disc, to make the spacer. Works great.

you told me how to replace my bushings a few years back, followed your advise and was good to go !

Dorman 49439 is a 2 pack of those bushings with the holes.

The Dorman 49439 bushing was a very tight fit on the motor shaft. I had to ream it out a bit with an electric drill.
There are vendors on ebay that sell a complete set of 5. 4 regular and one center.
