After years of wearing two hats — head of U.S./Canada sales and head of Ram (North America) — Reid Bigland is leaving the company. He has been at FCA for 22 years, and at one point was in charge of Canadian operations.

The company’s stated reason for his leaving was “to pursue interests outside of FCA.” Since Sergio Marchionne is no longer in charge, Bigland’s three roles will be filled by three people. Mike Koval will become the head of Ram in North America; Jeff Kommor will take over U.S. sales; and David Buckingham will become the chairman, president, and CEO of FCA Canada.

Bigland’s days at FCA may have been numbered after he filed suit as a whistleblower ; this followed the Justice Department possibly targeting him regarding sales reporting inaccuracies .
