So, the rescued 1998 Ram 1500 Quad Cab's owner ... ignored my advice to get her A/C leak fixed. Fried compressor, one each, seized. Broke the serpentine belt.

She limped the rest of the way home ... >3 mi,

Best I can tell a belt for a 98 5.2L Ram P/U without A/C is part number 53010304AB. I didn't see any listing for a bypass pulley.
