If you decide to go with a cable setup you will need matching shifter, cables and brackets from a 1986 or older Daytona with a 525.

Newer stuff doesn't work properly.

I gave up on the rods.. I don't think they were lasting me 2 years.. Adrenaline would kick in.. going into second.. and that'd be it.. If I remember right.. I still have the 525 in it.. I'll look into that kit..
