I can find similar master cylinders online, but I can't confirm that exact Lockheed 311182 part number. Have you tried contacting a hydraulic cylinder rebuilder to get an estimate on possibly rebuilding what you have?
Sleeve sizes (if needed) come in standard diameters. I see rebuild kits that would provide you with the rest of the parts needed for a safe cylinder.
