They are available Tannon, and the sidewall is increased to keep the diameter. Try something in an 80 to 85 sidewall number (like a 175-80-15), as in some of the classic cars from the 30s, 40s, or even farm equipment tire sizes, which would give it a higher weight capability. Since the Phoenix area is so flat, yeah, the smaller and narrower tire would be pretty safe to drive around out there, but remember, the taller sidewall gives more deflection in cornering, so handling tends to go south faster in harder corners, and they usually aren't that cool looking as regular street tires.
