Any recent service where an axle may have been over-extended or the inner joint may have separated and lost its needle bearings?
The right inner joint is a couple of inches from the hot catalyst and after a few years the grease will cook and harden.
The outer joint problems usually show up as a 'clatter' noise on parking lot turns as that is when they articulate the most.
Reman axle(s) may be the answer.
