Stellantis reported 13% higher shipments, overall, in the third quarter of 2025 (July, August, and September), compared with Q3 2024. North America had a 35% gain, staying the second highest-volume region with 403,000 vehicles shipping. Keep in mind we're talking about a comparison to Q3 2024 when they were slowing production in the US due to large stockpiles of unsold inventory.
The better comparison, and I'm too lazy to look for the numbers would b to compare Q3 2025 with Q3 2023 to show how much Q3 2024was pushed down.

OK, I decided to go back and look:
Q3 shipments 2023: 470k
Q3 shipments 2024: 299k (20% drop)
Q3 shipments 2025: 403k (13% increase)
So it's a step in the right direction but still below 2023.
