From the article:

These models will ride a new electrified platform created specifically for Maserati and will enter production between 2022 and 2024.

It’s unclear how much variation there’ll be between this new architecture and the STLA Large platform that’ll be rolled out across Stellantis’ North American brands and will underpin, among other vehicles, an electric muscle car for Dodge.

New generation Ghibli? Hmh. Maybe but right now the plan is to have SWB and LWB Quattroporte. It's in similar fashion as Porsche is doing with Panamera. Single E and F segment size model but with F segment price.

Right now Alfa is in the run to receive a proper E segment model.

But as I said. Giorgio will have many forks. Anyone with any inside connection should know it.
They call them Giorgio and forks.

Being well into middle age, there's probably quite a lot I've forgotten about English (sentence structure, grammar, etc.), BUT

One thing I will never forget is:

One should NEVER use the words "Chrysler" and "soon" in the same sentence!:p:D
There was a time however, not that long ago when Chrysler and soon was around 36 months. Now, soon it seems, might be 5 to 8 years, maybe.

The platforms should all be in place by 2026, STLA medium and large are due for model year 2024, STLA frame for model year 2025. That's 2-3 years away for all but the smallest cars.

FYI - this is an all new platform, not an evolution or "fork" of Giorgio.

Second, with what is happening in the supply chain (not just semiconductors) we should not be surprised to see delays in product.

That's like the pot calling the kettle black.

Repeating what is in the article is not trolling.

The subject is the all-new platform being developed for Maserati just as an all-new platform was developed from essentially a clean sheet for the Grand Cherokee.

It is important that we keep the FACTS straight or we end up with people thinking the Chrysler 300 is a Mercedes in disguise.

Maybe some of us have seen or are in possession of factual documents.

Never thought about it?

Maserati will use Giorgio forks. That's certain.

Sorry if you feel offended, but after Jim Morrison 100% contradicted your assertion that the Grand Cherokee was derived from Giorgio, your continued unsupported claims are doubted.
