The 2013 SRT Viper GTS Launch Edition
Officially unveiled on August 17, 2012, at The Quail in Monterey, the 2013 SRT Viper GTS Launch Edition was inspired by previous-generation Viper Coupe reveals in 1996 and 2006.
The paint scheme is done in classic GTS Blue with dual full-length white stripes and a "Stryker" hood badge with a unique blue background. Inside, the car includes a serialized dash plaque that aligns the build-sequence number to the vehicle identification number, and a "Stryker" badge on the steering wheel.
Production will be limited, and confined to the first run of 2013 SRT Viper GTS models at the Conner Avenue Assembly Plant in Detroit.
The SRT Viper and SRT Viper GTS are both powered by all-aluminum, mid-engine 8.4-liter V-10 engines delivering 640 horsepower and 600 lb.-ft. of torque.
