Trying to identify a 1928 model q roadster

I just rescued this car from a rat rod project. It's pretty rough but I believe it to be kind of rare. I was able to find the numbers on the medallion on the dash, but not 100% sure I have all of them correct. I was hoping someone could help me I. D. this. I would love to get it titled and want it to be correct.
The medallion is oval shaped and vertical. It says chrysler and Plymouth on it. Chrysler above Plymouth and Plymouth is larger print. The letters and numbers for the serial # go from top to bottom. I believe it says
H6286p and the engine # is Q2 then a backwards 3 then 0745. Any help would sure be appreciated.
Thanks,
Hans
