Medium duty trucks include the Ram 4500 and 5500. The Ram 2500/3500 etc are not heavy duty.
Your choice as to whether Dodge importing chassis cabs from Mexico is a real threat to national security.

Saw that Stellantis is negotiating directly with the Trump administration on a tariff "waiver" for trucks manufactured in Mexico, however, Ford and GM want the tariff to stay in place.

The beancounters are crunching the numbers. Do they eat some of the tariffs to keep them competitive? Or move production to Warren? Given they have nothing to replace the products Saltillo, I bet they stay put. I hope I'm wrong.
