1984 Lebaron gauge cluster interchange

Had a guy respond to my craigslist ad looking for 1982-87 silver faced Chrysler/Dodge radios.

He said he has a 1980s Lebaron 4 door that had a bad front end hit and is sitting in a building on an acreage he recently bought.

So in addition to getting the radio I also thought about grabbing the gauge cluster if it matches the digital one in my '84 Woody convertible.

A few questions- What years would be the same digital gauge cluster as my 1984? Does it make any difference if it is a 4 door, convertible, 2 door? 2.2, 2.2 turbo, 2.6 Mitsubishi?

I am a member on a K-Car website, so I posted this question for you there. There is little traffic now, but you never know.

The wiring pinouts changed between 1985 and 1986 if I remember correctly. I have the information on them. The K and E body cluster is different dimensions than other bodies those years.

If your car does not have the digital cluster, you will need at least a good size chunk of the dash wiring.

Let me look at what I have since I will no longer be using the K body cluster. The 1985 had a set of warning lights on the left end. I am pretty sure the 1984 would be the same.
