Is the window stuck? Does the dome light dim when trying to lower the glass with the key in the run position (not running)?
The drivers window usually wears out first, if wear is the issue.
Sometime a fist thump unsticks the mechanism.
There is a window regulator part # without the motor also. The part # I posted should be complete w/ the motor.
By all means, diagnose the situation first.

I am in the process of clearing space to get it home. Once here, i'll try and diagnose what I can.
But my hope is to get it to Brian Slowe in Philly and have him work on it.

So,
My Daytona has not been started in over 5yrs. It's been sitting in the garage at my old house where the ex lives with my girls.
Thinking of finally getting it out of there this summer and need advice as to how to go about it.
I was told unplugging the crank sensor and having the engine turn over a few times before trying to run it will help lubrication.
Is that ok to do?
Anything else that would need to be done just so that it runs enough to get it to a local shop for a full inspection?
Check your fuel lines, filters, add fresh gas. turn it over by hand if you can just once turn.

I didn't realize how long this car had been at Brian's shop. It's back home and running well. There's a slight issue with the idle speed that popped up when I got off the highway and came to my first stop. I'll keep an eye on that.
Brian Slowe did a great job going over the car and repairing what was needed and then adding a tune that replaced the stock PCM and fuel injectors. It needed new fuel lines, fuel tank and filler, sending unit, fresh gas, driver's window regulator and filters. I'm going to try and run it at least once a month, weather permitting.
