I sure am glad to see the 300 C nameplate once again, only on a Hemi-powered car. Also looking forward to seeing the green color. I like a nice dark green and it goes in and out of style every few years, so maybe it's coming back again.

So.... If the 300C has a standard 5.7 V8 does this mean that you will not be able to get the luxury features (quilted leather, open pore wood, etc.) with AWD? Or (I hope, I hope) are they bringing back the AWD/V8 combo <-------This is what I have been waiting for! Or will there be an engine downgrade: If you want AWD with the 300C the standard V8 is replaced by the V6?

Yeah, disappointing is the right word because 20" car wheels + Northern roads don't play well together. There is not enough sidewall on a car tire to take potholes, etc. As they say, ask the man who owns one... Despite being careful and not treating my Challenger as an everyday car, I still cracked a 20" rim... On the inside. So it wasn't visible. So I chased a slow leak around until I removed the rim. And then I fixed it with foil tape.

I realize that doesn't apply to the whole nation, but there should be an 18" credit option. And they should offer some choices of decent looking 18" rims.

Glad to see they're at least realizing the error in "de-valuing" the C badge. Wish they'd really look at differentiating from the Charger by making the 300 AWD exclusively across the pantheon of engine options.

That lets me out. I had a 300C with the hemi, now driving a 300C with V6. Not interested in AWD or the hemi, I like the fuel economy and smooth ride of the V6 , but to get all the options I now have to get the V8. Thanks but no thanks. My lease is up in a year and my 2015 will be my last 300.

It sure looks to me that the only way to get the equivalent of the current Platinum level interior is you have to get the 300C. And if you get the 300C you can only get it with the RWD V8. According to the info provided the leather and wood of the Limited and C models are clearly different. **Unless** the Limited also offers a "luxury group" that offers the open pore wood, quilted Nappa leather and leather wrapped dash, door uppers, etc. The quilted leather on the seat backs and door panels and the open pore wood makes a huge visual statement and adds tremendously to the perception of luxury. I wouldn't want another 300 without being able to get the top interior (which as I have previously said, apparently also requires V8 and RWD only).

It would serve Chrysler if they set the car above all its brand, with larger screen, adaptive technology, HUD, and other such items that cannot be found in Dodge, Jeep, Fiat, and so forth. It also should bring the car into the large car luxury status vice entry level, in seeking how Ward determines it best interiors for such class. I would ask that the car hit another mark of lower interior dB and body fitment to revival Bentley and RR. Note to Chrysler engineers, you are the brightest, I know you can do it.

But again Chrysler is trying to be the mass transit brand that Dodge was once. However, Chrysler did very well as a blue collar luxury brand. Now, FCA US is pushing as Chrysler is the Chervolet/Ford competitor while Dodge is the muscle car performance brand with people movers still in the lineup and Alfa Romeo is the luxury brand.

This brings us all back to the argument of what the hell were they thinking. Dodge should have been left alone, SRT could have been the performance brand for each brand, Chrysler was the blue collar luxury brand, and Ram should have stayed as part of Dodge. But it happened. Its confused a lot of people, but I think it will take several years to get adjusted to. Its like saying Tesla will start building gasoline cars now, people would take a long time to adjust.
