I'm still curious how they are going to position Chrysler, are they sticking with it being the "people mover" or switch it back to being the "premium" brand similar to Buick/Acura?
Buick $23,800-$45,100
Acura $33,000-$64,500

A "premium" brand like Buick, but it definitely needs cars like Integra and TLX, for $10K less, like they would be at Buick.

A BYD Han.

They literally updated the Chrysler 200.
What a shame...

And they stuck it on a 115" wheelbase.

Note the too long overhang for a midsize car on the 200.

Yea, but they have marketing "now" which leads me to believe their marketing dept didn't exist not too long ago.
Why create a marketing dept if you're not planning on offering anything?
It could mean now they have a dedicated marketing department and not just part of the total company marketing. It does highlight the excrement they’ve been slinging on new product is just around the corner.

Heck, FCA brought us whole brands that don’t sell so tossing money down the drain for marketing is peanuts.

Well then better "settle" on the trade AND geopolitical warring, war gaming?....vis a vis esp Canada, Mexico, esp CHINA, and Europe too (but maybe not fully with S Korea and Japan.) Consider:
....just as an example of what is ready within, in a manner of speakin', STLA to be potentially industrialized in say Canada with plenty of 'domestic' parts content.

And people said the Han looked like a Chrysler 200 knockoff.

I don't see the US settling with China as much as they would with S Korea and Japan.

Ok, then: no possible viability for "affordable" Chrysler-brand, Dodge-brand vehicles if to be developed and sourced, built in n america. GM's recent successful Buicks and Chevies, excellent for the value price, WERE developed and exported from Korea, China, and China-via-Korea.

I’m sure it conflicts with a date from a “more established” portion of the company and so they conveniently recognized a “more appropriate“ inception date.

2024: Chrysler realizes it won't have cars to launch with the C-100 publicity, so they push to 2025.
2025: Chrysler still doesn't have cars, so the Anniversary Edition is on a 2026.

Chrysler’s anniversary as a marque is 1924.
As a company, pick one: 1904, 1912, 1922, 1924, 1925, 1998, 2008, 2009, [FCA officially takes over], [Whenever Stellantis was formed].

1904 - Maxwell
1912 (I probably have the wrong date): Maxwell bought by Flanders, which was renamed maxwell
1922 or so: First Chrysler model A created, sign mounted on factory
1924: Chryslers made and sold in January
1925: Holding company buys Maxwell out of bankruptcy, nothing else changes
1998: DaimlerChrysler buys Chrysler
2008: Cerberus buys Chrysler
2009: Fiat buys remains of Chrysler out of bankruptcy
etc...

Just try to justify 1925 for the Chrysler brand.

So Chrysler was established in 1925, yet...

It was the B-70, FWIW. No point calling it the Chrysler Six when the four-cylinder was two years away (and a rebadged Maxwell) - this is what I mean when I say Chrysler never was any good at market segments.

Right, because crossovers are so distinctive.
