Unless you have kept a trickle charger on the battery, it sounds like it's so low it can only light the lights and run the fuel pump, but not enough current to turn over. Sometimes a low battery will kick out a little more energy after an initial load.
Try charging it fully and then running a load test on the battery. Also check for fault codes.

 

One way to prevent low battery voltage from a vehicle sitting for long periods of time is to pull the IOD (Ignition Off Draw) fuse up. If you know for sure the vehicle will be not driven for at least 21 days, pull the IOD fuse. Note - the fuse does not come out - it just clicks into an "up" position.

Various service manual documentation for Chrysler vehicles indicates that removing the IOD fuse reduces but does not eliminate the parasitic electrical draw with ignition off. The only way to completely stop battery drain on modern vehicles is to remove the negative battery cable.

 

The 'ck eng' will flash at key-on if the OBD2 readiness monitors have been erased from a discharged battery.

Some Jeep, Chrysler, and Dodge vehicles:
Turn the ignition switch to the “ON” position without starting the engine. The “Check Engine” light will turn on, and one of two things will happen about 15 seconds later:

• If the “Check Engine” light blinks for about ten (10) seconds and then stays on solid, the monitors are “Not Ready”
• If the “Check Engine” light does not blink at all and stays on solid, then the monitors are “Ready”

A start/stall situation may be from an invalid SKIM key issue.
