That's young for a Stellantis vehicle

 

I used to make fun of Toyota for using platforms for decades. Namely that Camry platform that had that stupid kinked exhaust pipe underneath, that you can always see from the back. They used that design basically my entire life through my 30s. At least they would change the outside/inside designs.
Stellantis stuff gets stale after 7~ years. Hardly any changes lately.

 

What happened to the "major" 2026 refresh for Pacifica? I guess that is pushed out? I guess Christine has a lot on her plate and just overlooked that.

 

She's got new logos to approve and concepts to build and then cancel!

 

The 2026 Pacifica's already on the web sites and I don't see anything different. I think the major refresh for 2026 meant calendar year, if it meant anything at all.

 

They're getting the paint and decals ready as we speak.

 

None of us want subpar vehicles but there’s not much of a point in being a manufacturer if they can’t produce anything worth selling. Perhaps they need to take a big bite of the s*** sandwich they made for themselves and put out the best they can but price it accordingly. Darn near every vehicle has bugs these days. A reasonable price and strong warranty with plenty of parts available will help bridge the engineering gap.

 

Releasing something that becomes inoperable regularly, cheap or not, is not a good idea.
